Hans (formerly a Club Med Corporate Chef) and his wife Sonia, opened Euro Table Catering and the first Sacha's Cafe location (in Coral Gables, FL), with the goal of bringing a sophisticated European lunch experience to Miami.
  • 1995 - Opening of the Fountain Bistro, white table cloth service for the business lunch.
  • 1995 - Euro Table Catering establishes itself in the corporate environment by means of catering meetings, presentations and training sessions to the most prestigious companies in Miami.
  • 2003 – Euro Table opened its first Sacha’s café location, a dynamic, upscale meeting spot and an affordable indulgence.  Sacha’s café makes the best of North American energy and convenience with the eternal elements of European style and taste.
  • 2011 - Sacha’s café open at five great locations under one name with the same quality and service.
  • 2019 - Euro Table Catering celebrates 25 years of serving Miami and Coral Gables
